Open an Account
How to open an account with Essilor
1. Please contact us on 01454 423 535/380 so that we can guide you through the account opening process
2. You will need to complete the forms below which we will send to you following your call.
3. We will ask for trade and credit references before opening an account
4. We will send you a welcome pack which includes order packs and point of sale items once your account has been opened
You will need to complete and return the following forms to us:
- Essilor Account Application Form
- Direct Debit Form
- Terms and Conditions Form
