Orma UVX offers total protection against UV
radiation, thereby reducing the cumulative damage caused to the ocular
media.
Those who would benefit from Orma UVX include:
■ Children who are very sensitive to the UV light
■ Aphakics, who risk retinal damage without protection
■ People subjected to intense bright light
■ People on certain medications who have an |

increased sensitivity to UV radiation (e.g.
tranquilisers, antibiotics, oral contraceptives and anti-histamines)
■ People exposed to sunlight - either in the mountains, at sea or at the
water's edge
NB: UVX is only available on Orma 1.5 and can be combined with Crizal
Forte, Crizal Alizé +, Crizal Easy and the Supra hard coating. A charge
will be made for the addition of the UVX treatment.
