Our no-quibble guarantee starts from the day on which your patient collects their new spectacles and extends for a full 30 calendar days.

If they don’t love them in that time, they’re free to exchange them for clear lenses. All you have to do is return the Transitions lenses to us within 30 days from receiving them from your patient, with a claim form, and we’ll send you the equivalent clear pair free of charge.
